Capital Indexed Bond Placement, 3 April 2009Capital Index Bond (CIB) Placement Allocation
Release date:03 Apr 2009 On Friday 3 April 2009 TCorp issued $40m of the 2.75% 20/11/2025 CIB at an outright real yield of 2.95% via UBS Australia.
Settlement will be Wednesday 8 April 2009.
This issue is part of TCorp’s CIB Programme as announced on 27 June 2008 of $600m - $1bn of issuance for the 2008 / 2009 funding year.
Total programme issuance for the financial year to date is now $508.5m, comprising $416.5m of the 2.75% 20/11/2025 and $92.0m of the 2.50% 20/11/2035.
The next planned fixed date tender for $100m of the 2.75% 20/11/2025 CIB will be held on Wednesday 20 May 2009, as previously announced.
