New 2020 CPI LInked Bond Issue for TCorp

New South Wales Treasury Corporation (TCorp) announces the issue by syndication of a new 3.75% 20/11/2020 Capital Indexed Bond. TCorp expects a minimum issue size of around A$300m.
 
The book will close and pricing will occur on Tuesday 18 August 2009.

The decision to proceed with a syndicated deal rather than a tender is driven by the desire to produce a fair and transparent price formation process for both investors and TCorp.
 
This is TCorp’s third Capital Indexed Bond issue and is part of TCorps ongoing Capital Indexed Bond issuance programme.
TCorp outstandings prior to the new 2020 issue are A$1.0475bn 2.75% 20/11/2025 and A$0.614bn 2.50% 20/11/2035.  New issuance over the current financial year is expected to be within the range A$500m - A$1.5bn. TCorp outstandings prior to the new 2020 issue are A$1.05bn 2.75% 20/11/2025 and A$0.61bn 2.50% 20/11/2035.
