EMTN Placement

On Wednesday 18^th February 2009 TCorp issued a GBP250m 5.0% 25/02/2039 fixed rate bond under the EMTN programme.

The bonds were placed to investors at a margin of 100 basis points over the UK Gilts curve. The placement was arranged by JP Morgan Securities Ltd. All proceeds from the issue have been swapped into Australian dollars.
